Jewellery brand Mia Lia launched in 2004 by born and raised Londoner Marie Germanou for her love of colour and curiosity of natural stones. Marie is fascinated by healing properties and traditions held which are believed to be found within natural stones from all over the world, which is reflected throughout Mia Lia designs. Mia Lia sources the rarest stones with outstanding finishes, creating the exuberant and contemporary hand made jewellery. Our stockists are now spread worldwide from the UK, Europe, Tokyo and South Africa. Celebrity fans include Frankie from The Saturdays and Louise Redknapp.

Mia Lia has fast become recognised as a distinctive unique jewellery designer after being featured in Vogue, Grazia, Marie Claire, Instyle and Red magazine amongst many other publications and finding its way to many stores and specialist boutiques all over
With a strong background in the Arts and the fashion world Marie set out to make jewellery that was both creatively different and wearable. Friends and family were soon asking for their own piece of custom made jewellery with her signature marked on it which is what encouraged her to design a range and was very excitedly scooped up by her first retail customer. Her aim is to continue sourcing stones and creating stand out designs to embellish every girl’s wardrobe and to one day also mark her jewellery pieces as being a ‘special find’ at an antique’s market.
